New! Remo HealthRHYTHMS Group Drumming

May 9, 16, 23, & 30; 10:30 – 11:30am
Instructors: Melissa Shrimplin and Ann Pappalardo

HealthRHYTHMS is a fun program which promotes socialization and ensures a healthy, non-strenuous workout. It also helps participants connect while fostering support, camaraderie, self-respect and respect for others. HealthRHYTHMS uses drumming as a tool for communication and personal expression. Get Out, Get Healthy!

AARP Driver Safety Course

June 24, 1 – 5pm

Cost: $15 for AARP members; $20 for non-AARP members

Driving has changed since you first got your license. This AARP Driver Safety Course could help keep you safe and save you money! Learn the current rules of the road, defensive driving techniques, and how to operate your vehicle more safely in today’s increasingly challenging driving environment. NEW! Memoir Writing Workshop

Mondays, July 8, 15, 22, & 29, 1 – 2pm
Cost: $18 for the 4-week workshop

Every life story is precious and unique. Even the most “ordinary” life is full of stories waiting to be told. This interactive workshop will open the door and begin the process of putting pen to paper to express life experiences and insights. The workshop will be led by award-winning writer and artist Miriam Karp, who will share examples from her family memoirs, including her first book, Painting Zaidy’s Dream: Memoir of a Searching Soul.
