We offer Mat Pilates Personal Training and Pilates Reformer Personal Training at the J, both of which will help you connect with your inner self while focusing on increasing strength and core stabilization. Our certified Pilates personal trainers have specialized training to ensure proper form to increase the productivity of your movements.
Get individualized instruction in a group atmosphere in our Pilates Reformer Studio. Join a group or create your own group of 3 – 5 people. All Pilates training participants must have the required (3) 30 minute private sessions completed before enrolling.
Our innovative Pilates Reformer Studio offers a private setting with 5 reformer machines. More than 100 exercises can be performed on this surprisingly versatile apparatus that works with a system of springs and straps. Exercises on the Reformer improve torso stability and postural alignment while working limbs in a range of motion. You’ll receive an effective, no-impact workout that is also joint friendly.
