JCC Maccabi Games
August 4 – 9; Detroit, MI
The JCC Maccabi Games are a one-week, Olympic-style athletic competition that includes jewish culture and social events. Jewish teens gather from across the U.S. and around the world, forming friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. Held in conjunction with the JCC Maccabi Games, JCC Maccabi ArtsFest is a weeklong summer arts experience for Jewish teens ages 12 – 17, featuring workshops in a variety of specialties with some of the leading artists in each field and incorporating community service, social activities, and themes of Jewish heritage, community, and Israel.
