New! Healthy Steps for Life

Do you want to improve your health and have fun too? Healthy Steps for Life is a low-impact exercise program designed to improve balance and increase flexibility, strength, and endurance for all physical levels. Easy dance steps are set to great music while sitting or standing. If you are transitioning back to exercise after rehab, or living with a chronic illness this class is a great fit for you.


Fit for Life

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 9:30 – 10:30am

This class features exercises that focus on strength and cardio cross-training, as well as balance and range of motion.
