March Madness
March 1 – 31

Jump-start your spring workout plan! Attend 16 Group Ex Classes in March and receive a $10 J Bucks gift card to use in the Fitness Center, J Cafe, J Spa, or Pro Shop. Pick up a March Madness punch card starting March 1 at the Fitness Desk, and bring it back to have it punched each time you attend a Group Ex class. Turn in your completed card to the Fitness Desk.

Trek to Israel
May 3 – July 25

Trek to Israel without having to leave the Fitness Center! Each time you work out for 30 minutes, you’ll earn 15 miles for your team. Earn 6,200 miles to reach Israel and win a $10 J Bucks gift card per team member!

WIRED Heart Rate Training, our wearable heart rate technology, makes it easier than ever to get the results you want with real time feedback on heart rate, calories, and effort. Learn more and get your WIRED device at the Fitness Desk!

January: Intensity Challenge
The top 10 members to earn the most intensity points on their WIRED devices will win a $20 J Bucks gift card!

February: Frequency Challenge
Track your workouts with your WIRED heart rate device for at least 10 days in the month and be entered to win a free registration for Stick With It this spring! Three winners will be chosen, so be sure to track those workouts!

March: Intensity Challenge
Reach 3,000 intensity points to be entered to win one of five 30-minute massages!

April: Frequency Challenge
Log at least six workout days in April to be entered into a drawing to win one of three free registrations for Summer Shape-Up!
